We enjoyed staying in this hotel! Whole place was clean with delightful views; favourable location in the center of Alam Sutera business district. The room was functional, new-fashioned and had super fast internet, a lounge and it's own balcony. We had both a good bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was rich, the check in was very quick.

Ordered breakfast, it was really expensive, it should be far better, really.

Really enjoyed Serpong, the hotel was great and charming to a traditional local fresh market within walking distance. The location was FAVOURABLE, at a short distance from a hardware store.

Breakfast was varied and savoury, I liked almost everything.

Overall it was a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. The rooms turned out to be nicely furnished and new-fashioned with “ fridge ” which is available and a fast internet and strong Wi-Fi. The hotel had indeed the best possible and strategic location easy to reach from airport. Vegetarian cuisine was served in the outdoor restaurant. Everything here was amazing, I will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The dining facilities were also top-notch, especially the BBQ night. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The equipment of the rooms and the hotel was very good. . The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. . Dinner at the hotel is OK! Within walking distance there is a bazaar right in front of the hotel with many restaurants that are highly recommended. . I will definitely come back when I get to Jakarta.
